v0.14
Added
- Retention page in Settings: how long each kind of record is kept (six years by default), legal holds for a claim or complaint, and a list of records past their date. Nothing is deleted.
- Configuration page in Settings: what you can change without a developer, who may change it, what a change does to existing records, and when it last changed.
- You can choose which optional sections the board pack, the scheduled reports and the dashboard carry.
- Self-inspection page under Reports: the questions the regulator asks in its published judgements, answered for homes and communal areas separately from the register, with a 30-day trend. It reports figures and never grades.
- A building can now have several accountable persons, each responsible for a part of it, with one principal, and its regulator registration number and year of completion.
- Contractors can reply to a query from the portal and send evidence that assigned work is done. The work stays open until your team closes it, and the contractor can see why it was assigned.
- Remedial actions can be assigned to a contractor team.
- An action that found more work to do cannot be closed until that further work is on the record.
- A dashboard card showing how work is flowing, and a card showing any change in the number of homes that has no recorded reason.
- The nightly digest names a visit that is still waiting for its certificate after 14 days.
- Fire plan and emergency information on every property, with the plan's document kept and fingerprinted.
- A property risk assessment for contractors who are visiting, controlled by an organisation setting.
- Raise work from a property page without leaving it.
- Each person can set their own text size, spacing and background.
- Every certificate now records what confirmed it, and the certificates page has a quick-review lane for batches that meet the rules for it.
- Remedial actions have a risk rating, age bands and a board limit.
Changed
- A home's own page now states a building's issue once, and a serving building's lapsed certificate holds back a flat that has its own in the shared disciplines.
- A home can no longer be added to or removed from your stock without a reason.
- People are warned after ten idle minutes and signed out at fifteen, and the server now ends an idle session even if the tab is closed.
Fixed
- Fixed the automatic sign-out cutting off some people who were still active.
v0.13
Added
- Bulk import of homes and of certificate documents, with a review queue ordered by how sure the reading is, plus export in CSV, spreadsheet and JSON, and a reconciliation report against another list.
- Contractor login and portal: contractors see only the visits assigned to their team, upload certificates and report a problem.
- Resident contact and access records, visits, and certificate tracking.
- Properties as a worklist grouped by building, with one count of homes and a first-run checklist for new organisations.
- The board pack reads as a decision narrative, and every headline states status, trajectory and target in words. Targets can be set for each measure with dated commentary.
- A shared reporting card with Table, Copy and Download on every chart, kept out of print.
- Plan assessments and remedial work in work packages.
- Pest incidents on the property page and the dashboard, with repeats named.
- A print chronology for a hazard case.
- Analytics only with your consent, and a privacy notice.
Changed
- The menu is now eleven items with one Settings page, ordered by your role.
- The dashboard opens on the answer, with the detail beneath it, and its cards are ordered by urgency.
- One chip control for every filter and view switch, one date format per context, and accessibility and touch-target fixes across signed-in pages.
Fixed
- Fixed the registers silently stopping at 1,000 rows on larger estates.
- Fixed a replaced certificate still appearing as a backlog item, and communal certificates now cover the homes they serve on every surface.
- Fixed the feedback prompt hiding navigation.
v0.12
Added
- Awaab's Law hazard cases with statutory clocks and an audit export.
- Fire risk assessments, asbestos reports, lift examinations and serviced fire measures (extinguishers, emergency lighting, smoke vents and detectors) captured, with review intervals you can set.
- BS01 to BS06 export with a denominator you can reconcile.
- A fingerprint of every stored certificate document.
- A nightly reminder digest and a bell for items that are due, overdue or breaching.
- Search from any page, a priority-household flag, and hazard checks per home.
- Technical-reviewer and audit roles, referral of a certificate to a reviewer, and a record of who changed what.
- Two-step sign-in for every account.
- Contractor query correspondence, an approved contractor list, scheduled reports, and a worklist for planned works.
- A property's position on any past date with a print-ready report, and a timeline showing gaps in cover.
- Property ownership dates for homes acquired, sold or demolished.
Changed
- One status language: the same colours for the same state everywhere.
- Backfilling historic certificates no longer rewrites what the register knew at the time.
Fixed
- Fixed lists silently cutting off beyond about 200 homes.
- Fixed the authenticator QR code not showing, and an abandoned enrolment not restarting.
v0.11
Added
- You can now filter Risk and Compliance dates by more than one certificate type at once.
- Remedial actions can now be assigned to a colleague, who's notified by email.
- Building safety evidence now shows directly on the property it belongs to, alongside its certificates.
- Added a day-by-day trend of your gas cover, so you can see the direction of travel, not just today's number.
- The properties list now shows when a certificate type genuinely doesn't apply to a property (like a lift on a bungalow), instead of marking it as missing.
- Where you land after signing in now reflects your role.
- New footer, with links to what's new and the roadmap.
Changed
- Renamed "Exceptions" to "Not assured", matching the regulator's own language.
Fixed
- Fixed the dashboard's evidence breakdown being collapsed by default.
- Fixed a filter on the properties list not carrying through when you followed a link from an exception.

- Added an estate-wide risk ranking to prioritise the most urgent properties first.
Fixed

v0.8
Added
- You can now search for your organisation and request to join it.
- Adding a property now warns you if it looks like a duplicate already on the register.
v0.7
Added
- Added EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) upload, with automatic lookup from the national register.
v0.6
Added
- Added live analytics, three more certificate types, and demo history.
Fixed

Fixed

- A property is no longer shown as compliant if its certificate left a required check out.
v0.4
Fixed
- Fixed a timing issue where the sign-up bot check could be missed.
- Fixed sign-in links being rejected if clicked twice.
- Signing up with an email that already has an account now offers to sign in or reset the password, instead of failing.
v0.3
Added
- Added support for reading electrical safety certificates (EICRs), end to end.
v0.2
